Sérgio Assad (born 26 Dec 1952) is a Brazilian player, composer, and arranger who oft performs with his brother, Odair, in the guitar duo Sérgio and Odair Assad, commonly referred to as the Assad Brothers or Duo Assad.

Their former sister Badi is also straight guitarist. Assad is the father confessor of composer/singer/pianist Clarice Assad. Illegal is married to Angela Olinto.

Biography
