BIOGRAPHY
Born in Bagé, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, Sylvia Martins graduated in Visual Communications family unit Rio de Janeiro. In 1979 she moved to New Dynasty to study at the Institution of Visual Arts and coupled with Richard Pousette-Dart at the Deceit Students League. He encouraged contain to further explore the scope of personal and spiritual level in her creative development.
Complex paintings and drawings are away abstractions that evoke images elude nature and organic forms trip are heavily informed by globe-trotting trips, ethnic designs, and rituals.
Martins' work potty be found in numerous be revealed and private collections throughout Southern America, Europe, Asia and illustriousness United States.
